Chapter 242 - Lesser Cold Region
As Albion mentioned bringing the blizzard earthworms back to Earth, Fenriri recalled her master\'s ability to take things in and out of thin air.
"Master, are you going to carry the earthworms in that secret space of yours?" Fenriri inquired.
"Secret space, you say...? Ah, you mean this interspatial ring," Albion quickly understood her meaning before shaking his head, "No, that will result in a mass genocide of the blizzard earthworms."
"Oh..." Fenriri uttered with surprise.
Although the interspatial storage can preserve the state of an item placed inside, putting living creatures inside is the same as putting a stop to their breathing and other bodily functions, killing them instantly.
After looking around for a moment, Albion found an abandoned large chest before replacing its contents with soil and blizzard earthworms.
"Well, I guess we will leave them here by the world portal for now and come back for them later," Albion stated after placing the large chest beside the spherical blue portal inside the cave.
"Yes, Master." Fenriri nodded.
Shortly after, Albion and Fenriri exited the cave to see the rest of the Netherfrost Blizzard Realm.
Without any surprises, it was a world full of ice and snow, with strong billowing winds, generating heavy blizzards and making visibility poor.
Nevertheless, the [Eyes of Ashura] sees through everything. The only downside is its range.
One would assume that the Dark Emperor\'s body would have a greatly improved vision at his level, and he does. However, it required the use of techniques and skills to be enhanced even further.
Albion\'s vision extended before he saw what he needed to see; snow mountains in the surroundings and an absence of life.
"Does the Iceborn Wolf Tribe share the cave with other tribes, Fenriri?" Albion asked.
"Share the cave, Master?" Fenriri repeated before she shook her head, denying the assumption, "No, this cave wholly belongs to our Iceborn Wolf Tribe, Master."
"Given the difficult living conditions, we will only fight each other to secure our own tribe\'s interest in that case. The chances of any tribes of different species sharing their territory in this world are scarce."
"That makes sense," Albion nodded.
"Since that\'s the case, it would mean that no other tribe should have used the same world portal to crossover to Earth. However, the news reported multiple sightings of different otherworldly races attacking the other strongholds…"
"In other words, there are multiple of these world portals, and this was only on the outer rim where the strongholds were established. So there might be even bigger surprises toward the inner region of the Glacia continent…"
As Albion pondered, he understood that Thanatos could have taken any of these world portals once he learned the existence of the Netherfrost Blizzard World.
After a few moments, Albion patted Fenriri\'s head before asking, "Do you know how big your world is? How far have you traveled? How much do you know about it?"
"Fenriri is afraid that Fenriri does not know much to answer that question, Master," Fenriri briefly enjoyed the head pat before shaking head and said, "Our world did not have anyone capable of establishing a global network like Master\'s world."
"However, Fenriri did hear stories from the ancestor\'s time that the world is very vast and boundless! Supposedly, Fenriri\'s tribe is situated in one of the lesser cold regions, but Fenriri has only heard about it and hasn\'t experienced it for herself."
"This is one of the lesser cold regions?" Albion smiled wryly while looking at the boundless snow and ice that filled his vision before shaking his head, "A regular human would not even survive five minutes before freezing to death in this place."
"This is why a lot of newborns don\'t make it past infancy, Master."
If the Iceborn Wolf Tribe and all the other tribes did not develop cultivation techniques to improve their cold resistance, it was hard to imagine any life living in this world.
And this was only the \'lesser\' cold regions.
Nevertheless, Thanatos was aligned with death and darkness attributes. The frigid attribute of the Netherfrost Blizzard Realm was not suited for his cultivation.
Even so, Albion did not rule out the possibility that Thanatos could find his own lucky chances and significantly improve his cultivation.
After all, the Netherfrost Blizzard Realm had a history of beasts and demihumans reaching the Aura God realm and ascended to higher realms, leaving the mortal lower plane behind.
After musing for a moment, Albion smiled lightly and patted Fenriri\'s head again.
"Come, let us go explore this world," Albion urged before saying, "You chose not to kill any humans and level up like your sister, so I will help you improve your cultivation instead. Perhaps, you can even surpass your father\'s cultivation under my guidance on this trip."
"Yes, Master!" Fenriri answered excitedly.
She did not doubt the words of an Aura God. If her master said he can help her achieve it, then it was definitely possible.
However, if Cao Wudi was present, he would have offered her some friendly words of advice as a \'senior\' under the same master.
After leaving behind some nutritious spirit herbs beneficial to the blizzard earthworms inside the large chest, Albion and Fenriri disappeared into the heavy blizzard.

Silvercove city, Royal Pearl Hotel
Inside the suite located on the topmost floor of the luxury hotel, a middle-aged man could be found in bed with a relatively younger woman that was not his wife, stark naked under the sheets and soundly asleep.
Evidently, they shared an adulterous relationship.
Nevertheless, it was 6AM in the morning, an ungodly hour to most people, but also around the time people force themselves up to get ready for the tedious and mundane grind of daily life; work.
However, the middle-aged man\'s peaceful expression slowly changed into a frown, subconsciously disturbed as if he was being watched, forcing the middle-aged man to awaken a few minutes ahead of his usual schedule.
The sight of several men in black gazing back at him silently immediately gave the middle-aged man the scare of his life, rousing his groggy mind awake with alarm in an instance.
"W-Who are you people?! How did you get in here?!"
